- Loan size: $20,000 – $10,000,000
- Interest rate: Starts from 5%
- LTV: up to 80%
- Term: 3 months to 20 years
- Repayment: Interest only, partial amortized or fully amortized
- Bad Credit -Accepted
- Bankruptcy -Accepted
- Foreclosure -Accepted
- Collateral: 1st lien position on the property.
- Fees: Borrower will be responsible for expenses without limitation, including legal fees at closing.
